Job Description

- Develop and implement business development strategies for the South Asia region.
- Identify and secure retail property opportunities to support expansion plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and property partners.
- Oversee retail operations to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize retail performance and customer experience.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance and property management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the region.

The Successful Applicant

. University Degree in business or equivalent experience.

. Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in a fashion customer- and commercial- focused retail operations environment.

. Experience in driving distribution development for South Asia business.

. Solid understanding of retail trade and leasing development

. Strong business acumens and rapport building skills

. Good understanding of the operational model and the respective cross-functional divisions

. Proficient numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
