**Experience**: 5 to 10 years

**Background**: Must have hands-on experience in Retail Planning & Merchandising, preferably in Retail Fashion Stores

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Seasonal Planning**: Develop and manage OTB and Option plans for stores.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor key metrics such as Sales, Sell-through %, Newness, Inward & Outward movements, and Fill rates.
- **Inventory Management**: Create and maintain min/max inventory levels to align with financial goals.
- **Cross-Functional Projects**: Drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising and sales.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze trends to forecast demand and develop merchandise plans.
- **Inventory Plans**: Ensure optimal stock levels to maximize sales and profitability.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, inventory levels, and margins.
