Regional Sales Manager - Delhi- Company Maha Chai- Location Delhi India- Position Regional Sales Manager RSM - Reports to National Sales Manager Business HeadCompany OverviewMaha Chai is a dynamic and rapidly growing brand in the beverage industry dedicated to bringing the authentic taste and spirit of India s beloved chai to every corner of the country We are passionate about quality innovation and creating memorable experiences for our customers As we expand our footprint we are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive our growth in the critical Delhi region Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Delhi The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets expand our market presence and strengthen our brand This role requires a deep understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant QSR channel and prior experience in the Beverages and Food industries is highly preferred Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Business Development - Develop and implement a robust regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Delhi region - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the QSR channel modern trade HORECA Hotels Restaurants Cafes and institutional sales - Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key accounts distributors and channel partners Channel Management Distribution - Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distributor management - Ensure optimal product availability visibility and merchandising across all points of sale - Monitor channel performance and take corrective actions to address gaps Team Leadership Development - Lead mentor and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers - Set clear performance expectations conduct regular reviews and foster a high-performance culture - Organize training programs to enhance the team s product knowledge and selling skills Market Intelligence Analysis - Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor activities pricing and market trends - Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights - Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to the senior management Operational Excellence - Ensure adherence to company policies trade schemes and hygiene standards across the region - Manage the regional sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations Required Qualifications Experience- Education MBA in Sales Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution Experience - A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant sales experience with at least 4-5 years in a regional management role - Mandatory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant QSR industry - Strong preference for candidates with background in the Beverages and or Food FMCG industries - Proven Track Record Demonstrated success in driving sales growth managing key accounts and leading high-performing teams in a competitive market Required Skills Competencies- Industry Knowledge In-depth understanding of the QSR landscape distribution networks and route-to-market strategies in the FMCG Food Beverage sector - Leadership Exceptional team management and people development skills - Negotiation Influence Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels - Analytical Abilities Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Drive Resilience A self-starter with a high level of initiative energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment What We Offer- A competitive compensation package with a performance-linked incentive structure - A pivotal leadership role in a high-growth beloved brand - A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment - Significant opportunities for career advancement ref updazz com
