POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive / Institutional Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth for our bag manufacturing company. This role requires a professional with minimum 2 years of sales experience, strong industry knowledge, and expertise in corporate and institutional sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the bag manufacturing or related industries and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, institutions, schools, and educational organizations Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing channels Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified prospects Create customer database for effective CRM and client relationship management Target key market segments including corporate gifting, educational institutions, and bulk procurement clients Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage high-level client negotiations Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase bag solutions Understand client requirements and provide customized product solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets Create and execute marketing campaigns targeting corporate and institutional segments Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field Experience Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales Prior experience in bag manufacturing, luggage industry, textile manufacturing, or related sectors Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or bulk procurement preferred Industry Knowledge Understanding of bag manufacturing processes and product specifications Knowledge of different bag types including backpacks, laptop bags, corporate gifts, school bags Familiarity with textile materials, manufacturing quality standards, and customization options Awareness of corporate gifting trends and institutional procurement processes Core Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Strong negotiation and closing abilities Proven relationship building and customer service skills Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Data analysis and reporting capabilities Self-motivated with ability to work independently COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based variable pay and incentives Sales commission structure tied to achievement of targets Professional development and training opportunities GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES Career advancement to Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager roles Opportunity to manage and lead sales teams Exposure to national and international markets - Cross-functional experience in business development and marketing
