Job Description Job Summary We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth across domestic markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to make an immediate impact in uncovering new business opportunities and contributing to the expansion of our brand. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, while working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals. If you're passionate about sales, comfortable connecting with C-suite executives, and have experience in B2B SaaS, we want to hear from you Roles & Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify key decision-makers (C-suite, VP-level, etc.) and engage in meaningful conversations to qualify leads and screen potential business opportunities. - Market Coverage: Manage domestic and international markets, ensuring high-quality leads are consistently generated for sales team outreach. - Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team, emphasizing high-value leads that are a perfect fit for our solutions. - Sales Outreach: Write compelling sales emails and execute outreach strategies via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to drive interest in our product offerings. - Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to build and maintain a short-, medium-, and long-term pipeline, while identifying emerging trends and customer needs. - CRM Tools & Process Management: Efficiently use CRM systems to maintain and update customer databases, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups on all leads. - Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work hand-in-hand with sales teams to understand specific goals, objectives, and target audiences to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach efforts. Skills & Qualifications - B2B SaaS Experience (1 year mandatory): Proven track record in sales development or business development within a B2B SaaS environment. - Direct C-level Engagement: Experience in connecting with and engaging C-level executives (CEO, CXO, VP) to drive high-level lead generation and sales conversations. - Sales Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and influence decision-makers. - Passion for Sales: A strong passion for sales and business development with a relentless drive to exceed goals and deliver results. - CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive sales efficiency. - Business Development Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven success in business development or sales development roles, ideally within the software or technology industry. - Fluent English: Excellent spoken English skills with persuasive communication abilities; able to hold meaningful conversations with decision-makers across different cultures and regions. - Admirable Written & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
