Job Description We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Demand Generation team in Gurgaon. This is a purely outbound role focused on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities across international markets mainly the US, UK, and EU. If you're driven, articulate, and passionate about generating leads and building a sales pipeline for a global tech company, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo. - Conduct personalized cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to generate qualified meetings. - Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in Salesforce/Zoho CRM. - Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen teams to refine campaigns and messaging. - Provide feedback on market trends, client pain points, and competitive insights. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred). - 25 years of experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, or business development roles in IT services or SaaS. - Proven experience generating leads for international markets (US/UK/EU). - Excellent English communication (written and verbal). - Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, SalesLoft, LISN, or Zapier. - Knowledge of digital transformation domains like AI, Analytics, DevOps, or Salesforce is a plus.
