Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Executive based in Mumbai. The Customer Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries, building relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries promptly, resolving complaints efficiently, maintaining detailed records, and actively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. The role will also involve cross-functional collaboration to implement tailored solutions for clients in alignment with Sterling's high standards. Qualifications - Proven experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management - Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Active Listening skills - Time Management and Multi-tasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal skills - Prior experience in banking, finance, debt recovery, or credit management is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in a must.
