Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to online queries, providing technical support when needed, and ensuring consistent, exceptional service across all communication channels. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships. Qualifications - Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage queries and provide efficient resolutions. - Customer Satisfaction and Online Support experience to ensure seamless interaction and problem resolution. - Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with product-related technical issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally. - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai for a full-time role. - Prior experience in customer support or service roles in Retail assets is an advantage. - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
