**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To make the idea of excellent customer service seem less nebulous and more attainable
- To build trust, maintain long term relationships with the customers and operate as the point of contact
- To conduct calls to existing customers and enquire about utilization of the product
- Act as a bridge between the tech team and customer queries, making sure of a quick resolution.
- Any Graduation along with Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Passionate about changing the way millions of children learn globally.
- Super energetic and driven to spread better learning.
- Interested in speaking to, counseling and guiding students.
- Fluent communication in English & Hindi.
- Relevant experience in Tele-calling, Customer Support, Sales & Marketing.
- Strong convincing skills.
- Having Basic Technical knowledge.
- Must Have Laptop and stable internet connection.
