Job Description Company: Zurich Kotak General Insurance (Goregaon East) Role Description As a Customer Care Inbound Voice Executive, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat, while consistently providing exceptional customer service. 2.Product Knowledge: Supplying accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. 3. Issue Resolution: Effectively resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional manner, striving for service excellence. 4. Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve the customer experience. 5. Record Maintenance: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using contact management tools and CRM software. 6. Positive Work Environment: Contributing to a positive and supportive work culture, promoting teamwork, and fostering a strong work ethic.
