Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Process Mining. The ideal candidate should be involved in Process Mining (Signavio Process Intelligence) implementation projects with process data of varying degrees of complexity and for customers across industries. You are responsible for making digital business processes transparent and harmonizing our customers%27 data flow by using Process Mining Technology and applying data extraction and transformation. Responsibilities .Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle). .Building event logs following the process mining structure (case ID, activity, timestamp, and attributes). .Set up data pipelines and connections between source systems and SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. .Work with senior team members to analyze process execution data and identify bottlenecks, rework loops, or compliance gaps. .Good understanding of SIGNAL language for creating custom business logics and KPIs .Familiarity with SAP or any ERP data structure (e.g., orders, invoices, goods receipts) is an advantage. .Awareness of BPMN 2.0 process modeling or business process mapping. .Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines. .Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. .Well versed with latest AI capabilities for Process Mining .Keen learner and upto date with latest capabilities of Signavio Business / Soft skills Qualifications / Skills .Understanding the business requirements thoroughly to identify the technical requirements .Taking Initiative (Resourcefulness) and asking clarifying questions to ensure the build is robust and designed on best practices .Focusing on Performance (Ensures Accountability, Delivers consistent results) .Ensures sufficient unit testing before releasing the build for functional testing Minimum qualifications .Must have Data Engineer/analytics, Experience in working SQL and relational databases, query authoring (SQL) Preferred qualifications .BE/BTech (or MS/MTech) degree or equivalent, Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or related .Good to have hands-on experience with both Celonis and Signavio Process Intelligence .Strong communications skills to enable interaction with all levels and departments within the organization .Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization .Strong skills in industry standard tools/platforms for data analytics and visualization such as R, SQL, Tableau, Qlik, Celonis, or comparable tools .Previous work experience in ERP (SAP ECC / S4 HANA) with strong knowledge of key SAP tables Why join Genpact .Be a transformation leader - Work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation .Make an impact - Drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter .Accelerate your career - Get hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities .Work with the best - Join 140,000+ bold thinkers and problem-solvers who push boundaries every day .Thrive in a values-driven culture - Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progress Come join the tech shapers and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters: Up.
