Job Title: Process Consultant | Consulting & PresalesLocation: BangaloreExperience: 5-6 years (Post-MBA)Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Consultant to lead AI and automation initiatives. This role emphasizes consulting, process mining, presales, and exposure to emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Advanced AI/ML, and Process Automation. You will bridge business needs with technical capabilities, support client engagements, and shape intelligent automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Consulting & Delivery- Deep understanding of enterprise value chains: P2P, O2C, R2R, S2C, H2R, etc., and core business processes across verticals like banking, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing.- Engage with CXOs, narrate transformation stories, and independently drive proposals with sales teams.- Gather and analyze business requirements across technologies like RPA, LCNC, AI, GenAI, and deploy solutions using leading enterprise tools.- Lead process consulting projects including standardization, re-engineering, and elimination.- Deliver process mining projects using tools like Celonis and Signavio to identify inefficiencies and define business value.Delivery Focus- Lead use case discovery and feasibility assessments across value chains.- Support business case development including ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and resource planning.- Create implementation roadmaps with short-term and long-term goals.- Conduct PoCs and pilot analysis for AI/GenAI tools (LLMs, chatbots, document intelligence, etc.).- Analyze and document automation workflows using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.- Collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to define functional and non-functional requirements for AI-powered solutions.Presales & Client Engagement- Support presales activities across large RFPs, proactive pitches, and account mining.- Deliver compelling client presentations, solution demos, RFP/RFI responses, and value propositions.- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align proposals with client goals.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation- MBA from a reputed institute (preferred focus: Technology, Operations, Strategy, or Analytics).- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience post-MBA in top-tier consulting firms.- Hands-on experience with end-to-end automation solution deployment.- Proficiency with mining tools (Celonis, Signavio), automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate), and LCNC platforms (PowerApps, Outsystems, ServiceNow).- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI projects (e.g., GPT, Claude, Vertex AI).- Experience in presales, RFP/RFI management, and proposal development.Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.- Familiarity with AI concepts such as NLP, LLMs, OCR, and knowledge graphs.- Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integration is a plus.
