Job Role:Process Mining Solution Architect

- As a Solutions Architect, you are an integral part of our project teams and are one of the first touch points for our customers with process mining platforms.
- In order for our customers to realize value, you will drive the technical setup needed for our customers to benefit from all the features and functionalities that process mining platform has to offer, such as process mining, execution management, process automation, and task mining.
- As every customer environment is different, you will be the main point of contact for digesting the technical requirements from the customer to understand what’s needed for successful integrations to their source systems.
- You also will lead conversations about user management and authentication and will act as a technical liaison to the customer to ensure there are no technical barriers to user adoption.
- You will drive value proposition and business outcomes for different offerings (Finance & accounting, Supply Chain, HR) in operations by working with key client stakeholders to define innovative way to deliver Intelligent Operations
- This role will be interacting with the MDs and VPs of Intelligent Operations by taking advantage of the best industry platforms to improve customer experience and drive cost reduction.
- This role will have the responsibility to define the Intelligent Operations journey, value proposition, transformation, and impact on customers.
- Collaboration expected with business /IT leads, technology experts, data architects and management teams to drive effective client conversations.

Key Responsibilities
- Solutioning experience using at least one process mining platform such as Celonis / Minit / IBM Process Mining / UIPath
- Work with enterprise customers as part of the customer value journey and perform the technical onboarding process with process mining platforms
- Technical discussions with customers to identify key system architecture components; propose and help customers build solutions that unblock deployments
- Establish real-time integrations to customer source systems via APIs and process mining platform's internal integration solutions
- Advise customers of authentication and user/group management and provisioning solutions for the process mining platform
- Eliminate any technical barriers to user adoption of process mining platofrm

You need to have
- A Bachelors (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience of 4+years in industry with experience to work on process mining solutioning and related platforms (e.x. Celonis).
- Outstanding customer-centric & proven experience working with customers
- Experience & interest in working with modern tech stack & methods like REST/SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, LDAP, OKTA, IT Security, Agile, etc.
- Experience with Celonis as well as with data pipelines & ETL processes for large volumes of data
- A solution-oriented professional that enjoys deep technical discussions as much as transferring your technical knowledge into understandable terms to a broader audience

Strong (English) communication skills

Atleast 1 major Cloud Platform experience, Solution Experience using atleast 1 Process Mining platform such as Celonis / Minit / IBM Process Mining / UIPath, Celonis, data Pipelines, ETL process, process mining, execution management, process automation, and task mining

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
