Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Process Mining. The ideal candidate should be involved in Process Mining (Process Mining / Signavio) implementation projects with process data of varying degrees of complexity and for customers across industries. You are responsible for making digital business processes transparent and harmonizing our customers%27 data flow by using Process Mining Technology and applying data extraction and transformation. Responsibilities .Design and communicate technical architecture solutions, based on customer requirements and data volumes in order to ensure a successful Process Mining deployment. .Assist customers in establishing connections between their on-premises source systems and the Process Mining cloud environments. .Participate in security assessments and complete the security questionnaires required for implementations. .Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models, including what data they will use and how the company will use them after they are built. .Build Business Process Mining models that are accurate, robust, and informative in ways that help our business grow even faster. .Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipeline with both Out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors. .Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities - Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs. .Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines. .Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. .Demonstrate product and technical leadership on Process Mining engagements with customers, partners, and prospects. .Work with business process operations team and process SMEs to understand the client process and convert the requirements data engineering and analysis tasks for the team .Lead the technical team of Data Engineers and Analysts through work allocation and resolving any blockers for the team .Apply analytics and modelling to own and actively drive process improvement projects and initiatives within the related function. .Maintain expert knowledge on the Process Mining platform by drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes. .Serve as a liaison for the data engineer, analytics platform, and business user and support ongoing transition and reorganization activities. .Lead discussions on operationalization of Process Mining through usage of Action Flows, Action Views and Machine Learning capabilities .Maintain expert knowledge on the process mining platform by drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes. .Serve as a liaison for the business analyst, project manager and client .Well versed with latest AI capabilities for Process Mining in Celonis and Signavio .Keen learner and upto date with latest capabilities of Celonis and Signavio .Deep technical expertise and implementation execution on best practices of process mining .Communicating directly with business stakeholders, other vendor teams and larger ecosystem to identify the success factors for ensuring successful implementation of Process Mining tools (Celonis / Signavio) .Understanding the business requirements thoroughly to identify the technical requirements .Taking Initiative (Resourcefulness) and asking clarifying questions to ensure the build is robust and designed on best practices .Focusing on Performance (Ensures Accountability, Delivers consistent results) .Set accountability with junior team members to own their Build Minimum qualifications .Must have Data Engineer/analytics, Experience in working SQL and relational databases, query authoring (SQL) Preferred qualifications .BE/BTech (or MS/MTech) degree or equivalent, Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or related .Good to have hands-on experience with both Celonis and Signavio .Strong communications skills to enable interaction with all levels and departments within the organization .Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization .Strong skills in industry standard tools/platforms for data analytics and visualization such as R, SQL, Tableau, Qlik, Process Mining, or comparable tools .Previous work experience in ERP (SAP ECC / S4 HANA / Oracle Cloud / Oracle EBS R12) with strong process understanding knowledge Why join Genpact .Be a transformation leader - Work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation .Make an impact - Drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter .Accelerate your career - Get hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities .Work with the best - Join 140,000+ bold thinkers and problem-solvers who push boundaries every day .Thrive in a values-driven culture - Our courage, curiosity, and incisiveness - built on a foundation of integrity and inclusion - allow your ideas to fuel progress Come join the tech shapers and growth makers at Genpact and take your career in the only direction that matters: Up.
