Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing from order receipt to fulfillment Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat orders payments and service feedback Coordinate with internal departments sales logistics production accounts etc to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Understand customer requirements identify pain points and provide proactive solutions Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience Prepare and share regular reports on orders payments and customer interactions with management Support the sales team with upselling or cross-selling opportunities when applicable Key Skills Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Good understanding of order and payment processes Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 962 74 - 41 503 79 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
