Job Title CRM ExecutiveCompany Koyenco Energy Pvt Ltd Authorized Dealer of Ather Energy Location Tirur Malappuram Perinthalmanna Department Sales Customer RelationsReporting To Branch Head Sales ManagerJob Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships at our Ather Showroom The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and its customers ensuring high customer satisfaction timely follow-ups and efficient handling of all inquiries and concerns Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries test ride scheduling and product information requests Maintain and update the customer database CRM software with accurate and current information Follow up with leads generated through campaigns walk-ins and online inquiries Ensure smooth customer onboarding and coordinate with the delivery and service teams Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally Maintain daily weekly and monthly customer follow-up reports Assist the sales and service team in upselling and cross-selling products and services Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and customer engagement events Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and collect testimonials Prepare and share regular CRM performance reports with management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field 1-3 years of experience in CRM customer relations or front office automotive or EV industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills Key Skills Customer Relationship Management Communication Coordination Follow-up Documentation Sales Support Complaint Handling CRM Software Proficiency Salary As per industry standards based on experience Employment Type Full-time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
