The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing a warm welcome smooth check-in check-out and excellent guest service throughout their stay The role requires proficiency in Kannada along with English Hindi to effectively interact with local and regional guests ensuring clear communication and a memorable guest experience Key Responsibilities Guest Services Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently Assist guests with inquiries requests and complaints in a professional manner Communicate fluently in Kannada to cater to regional guests Reservation Front Desk Operations Manage reservations room allocations and guest records Update and maintain PMS Property Management System with accuracy Handle phone calls emails and guest messages promptly Cashiering Billing Process payments invoices and billing accurately Manage foreign currency exchange if applicable Maintain cash float and daily reports Coordination Coordinate with housekeeping F B and other departments for smooth guest services Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to the concerned team Compliance Standards Follow hotel policies safety and security procedures Uphold grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance Skills Competencies Mandatory Proficiency in Kannada spoken understanding Fluency in English and Hindi preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund
