Job Description About Retail Liabilities Products & Programs, RFR and TPP Retail Liabilities Products & Programs, RFR and TPP team responsibilities include developing and launching Retail banking products, managing liabilities like savings and deposits accounts, overseeing retail forex services, and evaluating and implementing third-party products offered to customers. Additionally, it involves strategizing, marketing, risk management, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the success and profitability of these product lines. About the Role . Responsible for managing the portfolio of Forex Cards - Reviewing Key metrices . Reviewing P&L, Cost analysis . Review of content on website, kits, collaterals etc . Activities pertaining to onboarding of Corporates - approval of RAM rating, OAS, account closures . Engage with BIU for data analytics . Enagage with Marketing/Campaigns team to drive D2C communication on acquisition & usage . Review of onboarded corporate document - Agreement, BR, BO etc . Checking with legal, Compliance on exceptions for onboarding . Engagement with Partners - Vistara, M&M, EuroAssist . Engagement with Airtel for cobrand, Visa for Qatar cobrand . Engagement with Diners, Mastercard, Amex . Review NPS & interventions with team . Enagage with RFRC, Corporate programme team to define steps to improve NPS . Reviewing NFTR, TAT, customer complaints . Automation discussions, CMC & process formulation towards Corporate onboarding . Engage with IT to streamline processes pertaining to Corporate onboarding . Discussions with NR synergies team on acquisition through Myrtle base . Engage with ABR for reports, automation, data requirement as required by audit & compliance Key Responsibilities . - Responsible for managing the portfolio of Forex Cards . - Responsible for managing the corporate credit for Forex cards . - Drive adoption of digital channels and improve overall Digital contribution to business. . - Setup new forex card propositions to ensure adequate coverage of customer needs - 2 such propositions to be setup . - Manage relationships with Networks and Co-Brands and build deeper relationships with them to drive business and profits . - Manage Audit and Implement 5 initiatives to streamline income, expense and cost booking related processes . - Improve usage % to 90% & POS to 60% . - Achieve the targeted NPS score for Forex Cards Qualifications . Work ex- 11-14 Years Role Proficiencies: . Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language . Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines .
