Job Description About International Retail Dept. caters forex requirement of retail customers with range of products in cards, remittances, structured products, etc. About the Role Axis Bank is a pioneer in the Forex Card business. It is important to keep innovating looking at the customer choices and new technology. International spends through retail customers has picked up in last few years. Looking at the trend, it is important to take our offerings to next level to get edge over the competition. Key Responsibilities . New Product development . Identifying new opportunities, developing entry strategy, preparing roll out plans, deciding channels for sales & revenue generation . Analyze market research and intelligence data to identify consumer needs and incorporate them into product . Improving processes and implementing best practices to ensure high NPS scores, meeting PHA, Audit, Risk and other benchmark scores. . Ensuring regular reviews and processes and controls to identify gaps and areas of improvement. . Strategic Relationship Management with VISA and MasterCard or any other network External - Clients, Network (VISA / Mastercard), CO-brand partners, Vendors, Service Providers, Internal - Operation, Risk, Treasury, Compliance Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: .MBA Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Industry Knowledge . Well versed with Card product and system functioning . Knowledge on Payments, Forex and financial services products and competitors . Payments solutions - technology and functionality Functional Knowledge: Product Management . Conceptualise products aligning to the organization's vision and market needs . Collaborate with cross-functional team in designing and prioritising products to meet organizational goals Technical Skills: . Understand product architecture attributes, use cases, customer / client requirements, associated technologies . Understand technical and operational capabilities of vendor landscape for payment services . Analyze market trends, usage and support data to inform product enhancements and changes
