Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. Daily tasks include maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer support, and conducting product training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Customer Support skills
- Proven Sales experience
- Ability to conduct Training sessions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
