Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Specialist to join our team. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promoting and selling products or services
- Providing customer support and maintaining customer relationships
You will also be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include updating customer databases, following up on leads, and providing training to new team members as required.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members
- Prior experience in a telesales or related role is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred.
