- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, telesales, or customer service.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and perform under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance products is an added advantage.
- Strong sales aptitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
