We're looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer with experience in motor control who can help us design, implement, and test real-time control software for electric drives. You'll work closely with hardware and systems engineers to deliver complete solutions — from firmware running on microcontrollers to validation on real motors and inverters.

Responsibilities


• Develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for motor control applications (PMSM, BLDC, etc.).


• Implement and tune control algorithms (FOC, torque/speed control, current regulation).


• Work with PWM generation, ADC sampling, SPI, CAN, and other MCU peripherals.


• Perform lab testing on motors, inverters, and controllers using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and dyno setups.


• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot, improve performance, and ensure reliable operation.


• Support system integration and contribute to documentation.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).


• Strong background in C/C++ for embedded systems.


• Hands-on experience with motor control firmware on microcontrollers (TI C2000, NXP, Infineon, etc.).


• Understanding of control theory, motor physics, and power electronics basics.


• Comfortable debugging with lab equipment and working on real hardware.

Nice to Have


• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or similar modeling tools.


• Knowledge of sensorless control techniques.


• Familiarity with version control (Git) and structured development practices.


• Prior experience in small teams or startups where you wore multiple hats.
