Inside Sales Executive – Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and driven freshers to join our Inside Sales team in Hyderabad. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our offerings. If you're passionate about building a career in sales and communication, this is the perfect opportunity to get started.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
- Clearly explain our product/service offerings.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings or product demos with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain lead data and updates in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Confidence to engage with prospects over phone calls.
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/MS Excel).
- Must be available to work from our Hyderabad office.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Internship or college project experience in sales/marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
