The role involves actively engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and helping to expand UltraTech Cement's customer reach. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, providing product knowledge, and analyzing market trends and competition. The role also involves assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, dealers, and distributors. - Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and the ability to meet targets. - Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitors. - Basic understanding of the construction industry and cement products is preferred. - Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in local language, along with fluency in English, is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or related industries, is an advantage.
