Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Officer at Axis Bank, located in Kanpur. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting bank products and services, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Officer will monitor market trends, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure excellent service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven skills in Customer Service and fostering strong customer relationships - Experience in Lead Generation and ability to identify potential business opportunities - Strong Communication Skills for conveying information effectively to customers and team members - Familiarity with Sales Operations processes, including handling queries and processing transactions - Knowledge and experience in Channel Sales and managing sales networks - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree - Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the financial or banking sector is advantageous - DL and Bike (Scooty) Mandatory - Cibil Score must be more than 700+
