Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in UP, MP, CG and . The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through channel sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, understanding customer needs, meeting sales targets, and aligning strategies with business goals to ensure optimal sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in on-site environments and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the agricultural or FMCG sector is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
