Job Description We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales within the education or EdTech domain, strong networking capabilities, and the ability to close deals with schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and onboard schools/coaching institutes for academic partnerships. - Drive sales for products like study materials, test generators, offline/CBT exams, and school-integrated programs. - Conduct school visits, product demos, and relationship-building meetings. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. - Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and support. - Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis. Key Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate with 26 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in EdTech or education services). - Strong network with schools, coaching institutes in Maharashtra. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. - Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories in Maharashtra. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
