This ensures that every student receives a course tailored to their specific needs. Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive adoption of our EdTech solutions in colleges. The ideal candidate will identify potential college clients, build relationships with decision-makers, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to colleges and universities to promote EdTech solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, department heads, and faculty. - Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for college stakeholders. - Understand institutional needs and propose tailored solutions. - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. - Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Gather feedback from clients to support product improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling EdTech solutions to colleges or educational institutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
