Job Description About Us We are a leading Enterprise PropTech company developing Deep-tech solutions for the built environment. Our solutions enable real-time monitoring, automation, and predictive maintenance for commercial and residential buildings. With deployments across Asia, we are transforming how buildings operate with cutting-edge solutions. Role Summary: We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong hunter mindset to accelerate the adoption of our solutions among enterprise clients, FM providers, and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate will have a track record of enterprise solution selling in the FM technology, PropTech, or Smart Building domains ideally with experience from global leaders such as JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, or Schneider Electric. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end enterprise sales and business development for Environmental services (Smartclean, Pestsense) and workplace management (Air Quality, occupancy management) and structural integrity/inspection (Wavescan). - Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, networking, and participation in key industry events. - Build and manage relationships with Facility Management companies, property developers, REITs, and corporate clients. - Develop a deep understanding of client pain points and align our technology solutions to their operational needs. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to shape go-to-market GTM strategies. - Manage the full sales cycle lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure to achieve revenue goals. - Track market trends, develop account plans, and identify opportunities for solution expansion. Requirements: - 58 years of experience in B2B or enterprise solution sales, preferably in FM tech, IoT, PropTech, or smart building systems. - Background in or exposure to firms such as JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar technology providers. - Strong network in the Facility Management and Built Environment ecosystem (Singapore and India preferred). - Proven success in outbound enterprise sales and hunter roles. - Excellent business communication, client engagement, and presentation skills. - Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
