Role Overview We're looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to fuel our GCC expansion initiatives. This role is about identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients both new entrants planning to set up GCCs in India and existing GCCs looking for support services such as: - Talent acquisition & staff augmentation - Managed workspaces & real estate solutions - Payroll, HR, and compliance services - Advisory for GCC setup & expansion - AI, automation, and cloud deployments - Corporate upskilling & learning (NetSkill) Key Responsibilities - Conduct research to identify target companies (U.S., EU, APAC) expanding or operating GCCs in India. - Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads through email, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach. - Reach out to CXO-level, HR, and Operations leaders to understand expansion or optimization needs. - Coordinate with the sales and leadership team to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings. - Maintain data accuracy and progress tracking in CRM tools. - Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns, webinars, and lead nurturing funnels. - Generate monthly reports on outreach metrics and conversion rates. Desired Skills & Experience - 26 years of B2B lead generation / inside sales experience (preferably in IT, GCC, or enterprise services). - Strong understanding of global business, GCC ecosystem, or enterprise outsourcing models. - Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho), and cold email outreach. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (international client exposure preferred). - Self-driven, persistent, and able to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
