About the Role The Enterprise Sales Manager (Fintech) is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing high-value enterprise clients, including banks, financial institutions, payment companies, and large corporates. This role requires deep understanding of financial technology solutions, complex sales cycles, and regulatory considerations. The Enterprise Sales Manager will own the full sales processfrom prospecting and solution pitching to contract negotiation and long-term account expansion. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Management - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise-level clients across the fintech ecosystem. - Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities using a structured sales methodology. - Manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and technical stakeholders. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building - Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, product leaders, compliance teams, and technical stakeholders. - Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and present tailored fintech solutions. - Lead client presentations, demos, and workshops that showcase product capabilities and ROI. Solutioning & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product, engineering, partnerships, and operations teams to deliver customized enterprise solutions. - Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for internal teams. - Ensure seamless handover to onboarding, implementation, and customer success teams. Deal Negotiation & Contracting - Lead contract negotiations including pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, and data/security agreements. - Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC/AML, data privacy) are met. - Structure complex deals that balance client needs with profitability and operational feasibility. Performance Reporting & Forecasting - Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline visibility for leadership reporting. - Track sales KPIs including deal velocity, conversion rate, revenue targets, and product adoption. - Analyze market data and client feedback to recommend improvements to products and sales strategies. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Economics, or related field. - 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS, banking technology, or financial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise-level revenue targets. - Experience managing complex sales cycles with large institutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling fintech solutions such as payments, digital banking, API-based platforms, compliance tech, or lending systems. - Familiarity with financial regulations (KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, PSD2/Open Banking, data privacy laws). - Existing network of decision-makers across banks, financial institutions, or large corporates. - MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Fintech, Sales Leadership, Product Management).
