We work with a portfolio of purpose-driven clients from mindset coaches to business mentors and now we're looking for a Full-Time LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to help them attract more qualified leads, book more calls, and grow their programs. Role Overview You'll be responsible for running end-to-end LinkedIn lead generation campaigns for multiple YouThrive clients. This means identifying ideal prospects, managing outreach, optimizing response rates, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for our clients offers (coaching programs, workshops, or masterminds). Key Responsibilities Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Clay. Manage outreach campaigns across multiple client accounts using LinkedIn and outreach tools. Personalize connection requests and messaging sequences to match each client's voice and offer. Track daily KPIs connection rates, replies, calls booked and report insights. Test new angles, copy, and funnels to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with YouThrive's marketing team to align LinkedIn outreach with ad funnels and email automations. Maintain CRM or Notion dashboards to keep client pipelines organized and updated. Requirements 13 years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or outbound B2B marketing. Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Expandi. Excellent written communication and personalization skills. Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with global clients. Familiarity with automations (Zapier, Clay) is a plus.
