Job Description Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist SharePoint Domain Experience: 0 to 3 Years Location: Trichy, TN Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and business development efforts in the SharePoint services domain. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in tech-based sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and driven to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients in need of SharePoint development or consulting services - Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and online research - Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create lead nurturing strategies - Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients - Provide weekly reports on lead generation performance and progress Requirements: - 03 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (IT services preferred) - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Basic understanding of SharePoint or willingness to learn about Microsoft technologies - Self-motivated and target-driven Preferred Qualifications: - MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Preferred but not mandatory) - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus - Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is an advantage What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with a growing tech team - Training and mentorship in tech sales - Performance-based growth opportunities - Friendly and supportive work environment
