Job Description Location: Remote Experience: 2+ years Type: Full-time / Contract About EEGNITE At EEGNITE, we help founders and brands grow authority, generate leads, and build communities on LinkedIn through high-performing content and meaningful conversations. We're looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter & Outreach Specialist who's not just active on LinkedIn but obsessed with it. Someone who understands how to write for attention, build authentic connections, and scale outreach using smart automation. Role Overview This role blends strategic ghostwriting with outreach automation. You'll craft engaging posts for founders and brands, manage relationship-building at scale, and execute growth systems that drive engagement and visibility. Key Responsibilities - Write authentic, story-driven LinkedIn posts for founders, CEOs, and brands. - Create scroll-stopping hooks that spark curiosity and drive engagement. - Manage LinkedIn content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules. - Run end-to-end outreach (connection requests, follow-ups, DMs, engagement). - Use LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Waalaxy, Expandi, Linked Helper) ethically to scale outreach. - Analyze post performance with tools like Shield or Taplio and continuously optimize. - Research audience insights and platform trends to adapt tone, topics, and timing. - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align content with brand positioning. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting and outreach. - Proven LinkedIn portfolio showing measurable audience or engagement growth. - Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, virality factors, and content psychology. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools and data analytics platforms. - Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills especially in creating powerful hooks. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and always experimenting with what performs best.
