Role Description We are seeking a strategic and growth-driven Business Development Associate to build and manage a strong sales pipeline and funnel based on our business needs. The role involves sales, planning, outreach, and relationship development for our technical training programs, internship offerings, and hiring intelligence services. The ideal candidate will support student acquisitions, college partnerships, and overall business expansion. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Pipeline & Funnel Development - Build, manage, and optimize a strategic sales pipeline aligned with business goals. - Structure the complete sales journey from lead generation to conversion. - Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and performance through CRM tools. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and improve funnel efficiency. 2. Sales of Courses, Internships & Hiring Intelligence Services - Promote and sell technical courses such as Cyber Security, Data Science, AI, Cloud, Networking, Full-Stack, etc. - Communicate the benefits of internships and training programs to students. - Present hiring intelligence solutions to colleges for student skill development and placement. - Handle prospect inquiries, conduct product presentations, and sales calls. 3.College Outreach & Partnerships - Connect with colleges, universities, TPOs, and academic departments. - Pitch proposals for internships, training programs, workshops, and recruitment support. - Conduct on-site or virtual outreach activities such as: 1. Workshops 2. Seminars 3. Internship awareness sessions 4. Placement and training discussions - Build and manage a college partnership funnel (connect meeting proposal onboarding). 4. Strategic Planning & Business Growth - Develop monthly and quarterly plans to meet enrollment and sales targets. - Conduct competitor analysis and gather market insights. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment. - Use data analysis to improve funnel metrics, conversion rates, and overall ROI. Skills Required - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong sales and strategic planning mindset - Knowledge of technical courses (Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI, etc.) is an advantage - Understanding of the education, training, and internship ecosystem - Ability to manage CRM and track sales pipeline - Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work under targets and timelines Qualifications - MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (technical background is an added advantage) - Experience in EdTech, training, sales, B2B outreach, or college partnerships is a plus - Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales may also apply
