Hi All We are having urgent opening for Regional Manager - Security with one of our MNC client Gurgaon Job Title - Regional Manager - Security Experience - 9 to 12 Yrs CTC - 9 to 12 LPA Highest qualification - Hotel Management Graduate HK Industry Hospitality Aviation background Major Experience in Fire and Safety Height - 6ft Good communication skills Regional Manager - Security Hospitality Industry Position Overview As a Regional Manager - Security within the hospitality industry you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests employees and assets across various properties within your designated region You will play a crucial role in implementing security measures managing security personnel and fostering a secure environment that enhances the overall guest experience Your leadership and strategic thinking will contribute to the success of our hospitality operations Key Responsibilities Security Strategy and Planning Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies tailored to the unique needs of each property within the region Collaborate with property managers and executives to align security initiatives with the overall guest service and business objectives Team Management Lead and oversee security teams across multiple properties ensuring proper staffing training and performance management Foster a customer service-oriented approach among security staff while maintaining a focus on safety and security Physical Security Measures Implement and maintain security protocols including access control surveillance systems and alarm systems to safeguard guests employees and assets Conduct regular assessments of property vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance security measures Emergency Response and Incident Management Develop and communicate emergency response plans and procedures to security teams ensuring swift and effective responses to incidents Coordinate with property management and local authorities during crisis situations Collaboration and Communication Collaborate closely with other departments such as guest services operations and HR to ensure a seamless integration of security efforts Communicate security policies procedures and updates to employees guests and stakeholders Regulatory Compliance Stay informed about industry-specific regulations standards and best practices related to security in the hospitality sector Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and maintain appropriate documentation Training and Development Develop and deliver security training programs for both security staff and other employees to promote a culture of security awareness Regularly assess training needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement If interested please send your updated resume on gareema awasthi cielhr com
