Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The RM will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing clients to promote financial products and inform them about CreditWalle's services and loan options. The role involves answering customer queries, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism in all interactions. The peson will also assist in converting inquiries into successful loan applications, maintaining a log of customer interactions, and providing support throughout the loan process to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, especially for engaging with customers effectively
  • Basic knowledge of financial services, borrowing processes, and customer service best practices
  • Ability to handle inquiries confidently and provide assistance with a problem-solving approach
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Previous experience in Tele-Calling, BPO, or client service roles is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
  • Minimum qualification t; bachelor's degree preferred
