Location NORTH WEST DESIGNATION ZONAL SALES MANAGER Role Overview The Zonal Sales Manager has to manage a team maintain and grow existing business and business relationships in the assigned region The Zonal Sales Manager is responsible for managing the daily and long-term operations of a company across North South region As a Zonal Sales Manager you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual s selling patterns They ensure that each team reaches its target ranging from customers to the total sales made in a quarter Key Responsibilities The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team along with planning and implementing meetings with possible clients The manager will also be responsible to manage the dealers in his region and help his sales team and dealer achieve the target sales Key Competencies Create zonal sales plans and targets for individual team members Analyse zonal market trends and create new opportunities Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio including technical aspects and marketing tactics Organizing and making sales visits Achieving sales targets assigned Presenting products services with technical competence Establishing new customers Maintaining accurate records and reports of visits Identifying and closing rate contracts Complete sales cycle starting from generating an inquiry to receiving payments Complete sales cycle starting from generating an inquiry to receiving payments Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions 1 Create zonal sales plans and quotations in alignment with business objectives 2 Report on zonal sales results 3 Forecast quarterly and annual profits 4 Identify hiring needs select and train new salespeople 5 Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility 6 Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions 7 Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
