Position Title Zonal Sales Head - EV Sector Location North Bengal -1 South Bengal - 1 Position Vacant 2 Industry Electric Vehicles Automobile Experience Minimum 4-5 years in Automobile Sector EV sector preferred Candidate from West Bengal will be added advantage Job Role Responsibilities Responsible for driving sales and business growth of Electric Vehicles in the assigned zones North South Bengal Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Officers Identify appoint and develop EV dealerships and channel partners across both zones Monitor and achieve zonal sales targets profitability and market share objectives Create strategic sales plans promotional schemes and dealer incentive programs to enhance performance Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to formulate proactive strategies Coordinate closely with marketing service and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support Develop B2B and institutional sales opportunities in the region Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecast planning for the management Ensure strict adherence to company policies reporting norms and field discipline Candidate Requirements Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Automobile industry EV experience is strongly preferred Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets Young energetic dynamic and result-oriented individual Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions Knowledge of regional market dynamics dealer network and EV trends will be an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s What was your sales target in your last current company How much did you achieve Work Location In person
