**Job Summary**:
GK Rickshaw Ltd is seeking a Field Service Technician with a strong background in electric vehicles (EVs). The Field Service Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of our electric rickshaws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of electric mobility and be part of a dynamic team focused on sustainable transportation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vehicle Maintenance**: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electric rickshaws, including battery inspections, tire replacements, and brake checks.

**Repairs**: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in electric rickshaws, including motor and battery systems.

**Troubleshooting**: Investigate and resolve technical problems reported by customers or drivers, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.

**Software Updates**: Assist with software updates and upgrades for electric rickshaws to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all service and maintenance work, as well as parts inventory, to facilitate accurate reporting and billing.

**Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers and drivers in a professional and customer-focused manner, providing guidance on vehicle operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety, complying with company and industry standards.

**Training**: Stay updated on the latest EV technology and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in automotive or electric vehicle technology is a plus.

Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of electric vehicles, including batteries, motors, and electrical systems.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to EVs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Willingness to adapt to evolving technology and learn new skills.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay: ₹9,108.43 - ₹20,000.00 per month
