Position Business Development Manager Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or Sales and Marketing or related Science fields Experience Between 05 to 08 of experience within the industrial sector specifically engaging with EPC pharmaceutical and or specialty chemical firms Oil and Gas end-users EPCs Key Responsibilities Achieve annual targets as established by the management Develop and implement strategic business plans Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with key clients Lead and mentor a junior business development team focusing on prospecting and account management Negotiate contracts pricing and project terms to meet revenue and profitability goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals oversee project execution and ensure client satisfaction Travel regionally for client meetings with an estimated out-door visits of 50-60 Compensation Remuneration shall be aligned with industry standards with a minimum guaranteed salary increase of 20 over previous earnings for suitable candidates Additionally attractive sales commissions will be offered Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Experience Automation Sales 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
