- Sales Manager Garment Seasonal Wear Industry Job Title Sales Manager B2B Company N Z Seasonal Wear Pvt Ltd Experience 7-9 Years Garment Apparel industry preferred Salary 70k to 80k Location Thane Mumbai Department Sales Marketing Reporting To Head - Sales Business Director Job Summary N Z Seasonal Wear Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the seasonal wear and fashion segment The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies managing a sales team building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets in both domestic and export markets Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients wholesalers retailers and distributors Manage train and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer demands Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance analysis to management Coordinate with the production design and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Handle key negotiations and close high-value deals Participate in exhibitions trade fairs and marketing events as required Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field 5-8 years of experience in sales preferably in apparel fashion textile industry Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities Good understanding of market trends in seasonal fashion wear Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel for business Preferred Skills Experience in handling domestic and or international markets Knowledge of garment manufacturing and supply chain processes Strong networking skills within the fashion and retail industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
