Sales Executive/store Manager

Job Title Sales Executive Reports To Sales Manager Store Manager Job Type Full-time Male Candidate Interested candidates can share their CV directly on this number 788 788 0853 Key Responsibilities 1 Sales and Customer Service - Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets 2 Product Knowledge - Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range including new arrivals trends and promotions - Educate customers about product features benefits and care instructions 3 Store Presentation - Ensure the store is clean organized and visually appealing at all times - Assist with visual merchandising and display updates to enhance the customer experience 4 Inventory Management - Assist with stock management including receiving stocking and rotating merchandise - Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager 5 Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty - Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certification in retail or sales is a plus - Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role preferably in the apparel industry - Strong communication - Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
