About MAS Industries Incorporated in 2003 MAS Industries is the Leading elevator manufacturers in India and an expertly overseen energetic and dynamic organization occupied with assembling deals establishing and after-sale service of lifts and elevators in significant areas across India MAS Industries is export oriented company specializing in the customized design development manufacturing and distribution of high technology lift solutions including complete lifts lift components parking systems escalator - travelators and lift spare parts Our export activity extends internationally in more than 20 countries including Europe Asia Middle East and Africa Job Brief We are looking for a professional store Manager who will be Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store making sure it runs smoothly and effectively Roles Responsibilities Monitor day-to-day operations functions of stores including inventory management To handle stores function effectively from receipt to issue of material to Production department as per the schedule To oversee monitor material coming from domestic international sources with required quality standards Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked accordingly to its specification and location and ensuring its custody Responsible for the overall operations of the company s warehousing aspects managing foreseeing all warehouse operations reports in SAP module Proper coordination communication with other departments for smooth transparent supply chain operations Monitor all procurement requests of facilities ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records for the same Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory records and resolve for issues if any Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all inventory transfers between internal units Allocate monitor work of all store personnel ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same time and again Ensure that the departmental budget norms pertaining to inventory consumption are adhered to and any variances being reported to the Sr Management Train employees and staff in all inventory control processes according to manual and update processes as and when required Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable Track the progress of weekly monthly quarterly and annual objectives Ensuring warehouse is maintained organized and complies with health and safety regulation Manage all communication with Procurement Finance Accounts Production team as well as other user departments to cater the requirement of such respective teams on timely basis Reporting daily monthly MIS reports to the Sr Management on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required Adhering to any other duties responsibilities as and when required Educational Qualification Degree or Diploma in Engineering Electronics Telecommunication Electrical or Mechanical only OR Any Degree Special qualification of Store Material management would be added advantage Skills requirements 10 - 15 years proven working experience in any engineering Industry Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar position Good mathematical skills with the ability to create and analyse reports spreadsheets Proficient user of MS Office MS Word Excel PowerPoint in particular Interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management techniques Leadership and organizational abilities Oversee and supervise stores staff to ensure adherence to company policies Value additions Knowledge of Elevator Industry and related handling storage disposal are an added advantage Experience in coaching new and existing associates and evaluate performance processes Competencies Excellent Communication Strong documentation and writing skills Smart Coordination Dynamic in Nature Disciplined Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s What s you notice Period Education Diploma Preferred Experience Store management 10 years Required Language English Required Location Thane Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
