Shift: Night Shift (Typically 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST or as per business needs)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills & IT knowledge can apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Business Development Executive to join our team during the night shift. The role focuses on managing and coordinating with international clients in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate effectively with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) to understand their project needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage ongoing communication with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Work closely with the technical and project management teams to create proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of projects to internal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep track of client communications, requirements, and feedback using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in international client coordination within the IT sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions, etc.).
- Ability to manage time effectively while working night shifts.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer (optional but beneficial).
- Experience working with remote teams and global clients.
