Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive
Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating leads, executing email marketing campaigns, and establishing initial communication with prospective clients in the architecture and design space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to support business strategy
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and digital channels
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to connect with potential clients and partners
  • Build and maintain a prospect funnel, identify target accounts, and generate deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales messaging with service capabilities
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and meet revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive plan to target specific markets and achieve business goals.
  • Manage the sales process for new opportunities from Data research to lead generation.

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or marketing
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to learn and perform email marketing and build LinkedIn connections.
  • Ability to work from the office, independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel as needed
