Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious fresh master graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in sales and business development. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, learning about Progressives IT services, and supporting the sales team in identifying and nurturing leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand Progressives portfolio of IT services and solutions.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
- Set up introductory calls and meetings for senior sales or technical teams.
- Maintain records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to keep the conversation active.
- Work with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and campaign responses.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Masters degree in business, IT, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eagerness to learn about IT services, sales, and customer engagement.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to work in a team environment.
- Preference is Female candidate comfortable to locate in Noida
