Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in Gurugram. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Daily tasks include coordinating details of events, managing event budgets, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Event Manager will also handle event-related client communications and provide support to on-site staff.

Qualifications

- Event planning, organizing, and execution skills
- Experience in budget management, vendor sourcing, and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills and client management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience in the event management industry
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field
