Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for National Account Sales at Suba Group of Hotels, located in Mumbai. The role involves managing and growing relationships with national accounts, driving sales to meet targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams. Daily tasks also include monitoring client needs, handling communications, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction - Expertise in Account Management and handling National Accounts - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Prior hospitality industry experience is an advantage
